I am assuming from this e-mail that you oversee the great group of people who work at Sullivan. I would also like to take this opportunity to recognize Rob for attending all the meetings and working internally with his group to coordinate the install. We were successful because of Rob's leadership and flexibility.

Now having said that, I would also like to thank Theron and Albert for all their work installing another 50 units at VA Hospital in Prescott. Theron and Albert worked very hard, kept all of us on an even keel and provided much humor to help us make it through the day. On occasion, Theron would help in problem solving a variety of situations that arose. His years of experience helped smooth out the bumps.

I would also like to thank Gary for his behind-the-scenes activities of coordinating the delivery in advance with Susan K. Others who assisted include Raul and other team members who delivered equipment on Friday when the rest of us were starting the install. Lastly, I know there are many others who helped out in the process with receiving in trucks, loading, unloading, etc. Often these folks are overlooked because they work behind the frontline team. They too are important and should be recognized.

As the senior CAM for both accounts, the Sullivan team made my clients very happy and my job easier. Thank you!
